Before you install…

A recent service update to macOS (Sierra) has made it necessary for some customers to uninstall and reinstall the driver for the 2.0 PRO for the MacBook Air and DOCK for the MacBook Pro with Retina display. If your docking station Ethernet is misbehaving, please download the uninstall code.

Remove your MacBook computer from the docking station before installing any Ethernet driver onto Mac OS X. Once you are undocked from the LandingZone, download the driver and install it. Follow the instructions link for more information.

Win Bootcamp

For Win Bootcamp, first connect the docking station to your computer before installing any Ethernet driver with Windows. The installation may begin automatically. If it does not start, download the driver for your operating system and follow the short prompts.

Firmware Upgrade for LZ024/026 Docking Station

Purpose: To fix 14” & 16” MBP M3 Pro/M3 Max, M4 Pro/Max charging issue

Requirement:
1. Have a Windows base system
2. USB cable (one side USB Type C female connector to LZ dock and other side USB Type C or Type A male connector to Windows PC)
3. Download and run driver

Firmware Update

Firmware Upgrade for Thunderbolt 4 Dock

Purpose: This firmware upgrade may fix the issue of certain monitors not being detected by the Thunderbolt 4 dock
Requirement:
1. Have a Window base systems and USB Type C port
2. Download and run driver

Before upgrading firmware, please insert the monitor into Thunderbolt 4 dock’s HDMI port. If you have two external monitors, insert the second monitor into the Thunderbolt port.
