Return Policy
If you purchased a product directly from the LandingZone website, we offer a 45-day refund or replacement policy. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund. However, we can perform a warranty replacement if your product is still covered by the LandingZone limited warranty.
All products returned for refund must be in new condition and in the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included. Any item not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts will be subject to the restocking fee and only a partial refund will be issued. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to LandingZone.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact LandingZone Support at 888-872-3251 or support@landingzone.net to receive the RMA number and return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, your refund will be issued with your original method of payment.
Warranty Replacements
We offer a 1-year limited warranty policy on all LandingZone products purchased directly from LandingZone or our authorized resellers.
All products returned for warranty replacement will be tested prior to a repaired or replacement unit being sent. LandingZone will repair the product or replace the product with a reasonable equivalent. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to LandingZone.
