DOCK
Docking is a simple process.
Place your MacBook into LandingZone
Dock by pushing in the sides of the LandingZone inwards with your thumb and index fingers.
Open your MacBook screen and begin!
LOCK
All LandingZones have a built-in Kensington Security Slot. Connected by a solid stainless steel bar, it is a highly effective cable locking system.
This is how the locking system works
- The solid stainless steel frame inside a LandingZone docking station captures the MacBook computer when you dock.
- A keyed laptop lock slides into the Security Slot and locks the MacBook computer to the LandingZone.
- Secure the lock’s cable to any fixed object before you lock the LandingZone to your MacBook computer.
Please note that some Kensington Lock models require the use of spacers; please follow the directions for the Kensington Locks in order for the locking system to work properly.
