We hope that your purchase provides you with great satisfaction. But in the event that you are having problems, we are happy to receive your return or provide exchange of wrong orders or faulty models.
To ensure your speediest service please check the model number of your MacBook Air before purchase, and send us the right number as soon as your recognize that any errors have been made.

Return Policy
We accept refunds and exchanges.
Returns:
Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
The LandingZone Customer Service team must first receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue you a return authorization number.
IMPORTANT: Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will be processed on a case by case basis (not recommended).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:
We replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong order. If you need to exchange it for the same item or the same item of another size, send us an email and send your item to:

We only pay for shipping during an exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For International Orders: Refunds of purchase will be processed without return shipping or VAT, import duties, and customs taxes. The customer is responsible for paying all owner VAT, import duties and customs taxes on their purchase regardless of product return or exchange.
Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For return shipping, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
