Safe and Secure
Keep your MacBook computer secure with the LandingZone's built-in Security Slot and a Kensington® keyed laptop lock
All LandingZone docking stations come with a Security Slot to attach a Kensington® lock. Connected by a solid stainless steel bar, it is a highly effective cable locking system.
This is how the locking system works
- The solid stainless steel frame inside a LandingZone docking station captures the MacBook computer when you dock.
- A keyed laptop lock slides into the Security Slot and locks the MacBook computer to the LandingZone*.
- With the lock attached, the LandingZone docking station cannot be removed from the MacBook computer.
*Secure the lock's cable to any fixed object before you lock the LandingZone to your MacBook computer.
